Customer Service Coordinator I

Our client, a business manufacturing and supply company, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator I for their Corning, NY location. Responsibilities include:

Taking calls from internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a customer service position.

First point of contact for internal customers.

Position acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels and other departments within division.

Enters reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system. Enters work orders into software utilized by division partners. Meets with department groups for customer events.

Requirements:

2 year degree required, business related fields are preferred.

Punctuality.

Detail oriented.

Excellent customer service skills that include listening.

Excellent phone skills that include good enunciation.

Ability to work with a team and alone.

Good data entry and typing skills.

Good time management skills.

Calendaring skills.

Desired skills:

Call center experience.

Quick learner.

High energy.

Experience with room scheduling software.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
