Part-Time Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate. This role is essential for starting the day smoothly by opening the office and providing exceptional support to our clients during morning hours.

Schedule

Part-time: 6:45 AM to 11:15 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Open the office each morning, ensuring all systems are operational and the workspace is prepared for the day.

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining records.

Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven reliability and punctuality, as this position requires opening the office without fail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
