Primary Job Duties

As a customer service agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.

Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner.

Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints.

Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.

Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest customer service agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:

18 years of age or older.

Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license.

Have a high school diploma or GED.

Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.

Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Part-time and full-time positions may be available.

Starting at $13 an hour.
