What's a typical day like as a Customer Service Account Manager? You will:
Work as part of a team to provide operational support throughout all stages of aircraft engine repair projects
Act as a liaison and handle the flow of communication between the repair shop and other key departments such as Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain
Provide regular status updates and reports to internal teams
Work with other customer service team members to meet time-sensitive deadlines and solve daily challenges with minimal oversight
Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
