Several Customer Service Agents to help support on lead generation.
MUST be able to provide your own equipment.
Located: El Paso (100% REMOTE)
Contract for 3 months, with opportunity to go permanent after 3 months!
Pay: $15/hr
1 hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks
Hours 9am- 6pm MST / Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS!)
Responsibilities:
1 week of mandatory training (cannot miss anytime during 1st week)
High Volume call center, outbound dials and scripted calls to insurance and mortgage companies (bulk customers)
300 + calls a day
Requirements:
laptop / desktop, headset, and ethernet cable for wired connection
Strong Wi-Fi connection (cannot work off Wi-Fi alone, must have ethernet connection)
MUST be able to pass BACKGOUND & DRUG SCREEN + Internet connectivity test
