Customer Service: Inbound/outbound calls; assisting customers with pick-up orders
A customer service representative (CSR) assists customers with questions, issues, and complaints regarding a company's products or services, acting as the public face of the company. Key responsibilities include resolving problems, providing product information, processing orders and returns, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and a strong understanding of the company's offerings. This role requires strong communication, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
Payrate: $17 an hour
Pay Details: $17.00 per week
