Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
Process orders, update account information, and resolve customer issues
Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Provide administrative support as needed

2+ year of customer service or administrative experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
