Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience Requirements:
0-2 years related work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills.
Job Duties:
Manage open order flow.
Expedite and facilities special delivery requirements.
Contract review
Maintain customer contract database.
Prepare and submit formal quotation directly to internal inside sales representative.
Experience working with an ERP system (P21 or similar)
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.
Position: Full-time
Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
