Our client, a benefit consulting firm, is seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the claims department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional data entry skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Roseland, NJ
Pay Range: $20/hourly
What's the Job?
Document specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs, and records.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality customer service by following best practices and responding to customer inquiries.
Collect and enter information into databases while maintaining accurate records.
Support the claims department with various administrative tasks as needed.
