This Role The Business Sales Account Executive will be responsible for selling advanced technology solutions to commercial customers, generating new commercial accounts, and managing ongoing relationships with business customers. They inform, educate, and recommend services to customers. They also perform delegated activities for the Business Sales Manager. This position will be based out of our Eagle River, Wisconsin office, but also provides the opportunity to work from home if internet speed and home office setup meets the needs of the position.

Knowledge & Experience These are some qualities we are looking for in our Business Solutions Consultant. Knowledge and skills usually acquired through a minimum of one year in a related field or the equivalent training and/or experience. Two to three years of customer service or sales experience. Computer literacy includes a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and software. Requires a high level of attention to detail, schedules, and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Enthusiasm, energy, and the desire to help and educate our business customers. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company and customer data. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Bonus Qualities: Being knowledgeable of the following topics will help get you to the top of our list. Internet and PBX experience. Knowledge of telecom procedures, and service offerings. Basic understanding of rural telephone terminology, business subscriber/community concerns, and changes in regulation and the marketplace.
Reporting Structure The Business Sales Account Executive reports to the Business Sales Manager and works closely with all departments at Norvado.
Environmental Conditions Normal office environment.
Equipment & Tools Daily use of computers, telephones, smart devices, calculators, copiers, fax, and printers.
Customer Service/Interaction Daily phone, written, and face-to-face contact with customers, employees, and managers.
