We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring exceptional service and support to our customers while handling billing inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding client support by responding to billing-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
Address client concerns by thoroughly investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using Salesforce.com, our cloud-based system.
Continuously strive for customer satisfaction by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a billing environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with customer management systems such as Salesforce.com.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Must have reliable internet access and a quiet remote workspace.
