We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent support to our clients in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in both languages.
Assist with order processing, account updates, and product/service information.
Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer needs.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
