Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager is a liaison on smaller account projects and projects while coordinating work with all internal departments, facilitating information between interdepartmental team members. This position is a stepping stone for higher level responsibilities. We offer comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals and a clear path for advancement for individuals that are eager learners and self-motivated.

This position will support our Growth team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Philadelphia, PA

Fort Wayne, IN

Las Vegas, NV

Atlanta, GA

Royal Oak, MI

Grand Prairie, TX

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Account Management Team and Account owners with taking detailed meeting notes, managing account documents, scheduling meetings, tracking client purchase order requisitions, invoicing, and maintaining files and client communications.

Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.

Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.

Field and process internal information requests.

Research show needs, as well as, communication/coordination with external vendors.

Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.

Assist Account Management Team and Account owners with managing and processing client estimates and invoicing.

Assists Account team with larger projects.

Ownership and lead on small to medium projects with Account team oversight.

Confident lead for internal meetings as needed.

Some travel required for on-site support including supervision of installation/dismantle and third-party vendors and meeting of all client needs.

Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.

Minimum of one year applicable Industry experience.

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Organized with a strong attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills.

Quick intellect and demonstrated ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.

Attentive listener and demonstrated ability to translate information to actions.

Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and multi-task.

Ability to be adaptable and flexible.

Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and productivity.

Ability to work as a team with a collaborative spirit.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 25%
