Applications Support Analyst

Application Network Support Analyst

TEKsystems is looking to hire multiple Application Network Support Analysts to join one of our top financial clients.

Skills Required:

PowerShell scripting: Automate processes using PowerShell.

SQL scripting: Create scripts for identification, removal, and upgrading non-permitted technologies from servers.

Monitoring experience: Reduce noise from false positives using in-house developed monitoring platform.

Network troubleshooting: Research and escalate incidents impacting applications, collaborating with network support teams.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.

Management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.

Service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.

Successful implementation and validation of application service changes.

Maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.

Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.

Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.

Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Charlotte, NC.
