The Application Support Analyst provides Tier 2 support for internal business applications, troubleshooting issues, assisting end users, and documenting resolutions. This role works closely with engineering and IT teams to escalate issues and improve system stability.
Requirements:
2+ years of application or systems support experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Experience supporting enterprise applications
SQL or scripting experience is a plus
