Administrative/Technical Specialist
You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Electromagnetic Effects Division; Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-05 is equivalent to GS-13/14. This position is salary capped at GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322). Responsibilities include facilitating budget development and analysis, providing financial recommendations to leadership, managing planned costs in comparison to actual costs, initiating funding to government and contractor agencies, developing and presenting summary reports, conducting trend analysis, developing budget projections, advising and assisting division leadership on financial matters, training and providing direction to financial personnel, and utilizing knowledge of Working Capital Fund, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, IBPES, and NEPS to create and maintain planning structures.
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting financial management activities in a Working Capital Fund environment.
