The purpose of this role is to be the frontline sales person who is responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales area by developing new business and expanding the business with existing customers. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, screening customer base for new opportunities, generating leads and maintaining pipeline, providing appropriate and agreed levels of contact, service and support to ensure sales targets are met, monitoring sales against agreed targets, collecting, reporting, and analyzing customer feedback, promoting the positive company image and developing long-term relations with customers, coordinating export shipments, administering international sales programs and promotions, coordinating inter-nations co-op and promotional activities, and resolving international warranty claims. Job requirements include a bachelor's degree, knowledge and work experience in paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment, 3-5 years of work experience in commercial roles, sales and key account management or sales to strategic accounts, fluency in English, and skills in stakeholder management, project management, decision making, creating value propositions, drive, results orientation, customer service orientation, problem solving, communication and presentation, commercial and business acumen, basic understanding of cross functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve.
