The Account Manager works directly with the Board and residents in a very trusted role. The Account Manager is trusted with an association\'s income and expenses.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication, and speak with confidence
Ability to reconcile a check book
Ability to write clear and concise notes and action items.
Ability to research items/issues on the internet and through other avenues as needed to find workable solutions
A positive attitude
Ability to de-escalate situations and handle unpleasant issues
Ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure tasks are completed by given deadlines
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
Ability to navigate Windows10
Ability to operate and navigate and Android or iOS tablet
Ability to multi-task
The successful candidate will:
possess a current and valid Driver\'s License
ability to pass random drug screen(s)
reliable transportation to get you to and from work daily
