The Roche Core Lab Account Executive (AE) drives sales for Roche Core Lab (Chemistry and Immunoassay) within a specified territory, aiming to exceed revenue and market share goals. The AE develops and maintains relationships with key laboratory decision-makers, builds sales strategies, and collaborates with an extended team to navigate Integrated Health Networks (IHNs) and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and new customer acquisition for instruments, automation, and middleware. This role requires a strategic, goal-oriented professional who works proactively, often with minimal daily instruction. In this role you will:
This is a field based role the territory is Kansas City Metro, Wichita and surrounding areas. You must live within 50 miles of the territory with ability to travel throughout the territory for customer meetings.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You have 3 years of relevant sales or equivalent experience
Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Wichita, KS is $84,100-156,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
