A client in the insurance industry is looking to add account coordinators to their team in the personal lines insurance department on site in Orlando. This position is in office five days a week 8am - 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch. They will be responsible for assisting with change requests, following up with insurance carriers, reviewing endorsements for accuracy, and entering client information into system applications. They will be providing administrative support in the form of front desk coverage and partnering to create and maintain property insurance identification cards. They will also process final cancellations, renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, non-pays, reinstatements, and cancellations. After onboarding, the company will pay for employees to get their Florida 2-20 insurance license. Ultimate goal is to train the account coordinator to become an account manager. This is a 6-month contract to hire and they will convert to a salary of $40K, if their performance is up to the standards of the company.
