Junior Account Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting client relationships: Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, under the guidance of senior team members; assist in managing client expectations and contribute to maintaining strong client satisfaction
  • Assisting with account performance and commercial activities: Support the execution of account plans and contribute to achieving account targets; assist in contract administration, performance tracking, and monthly reporting; help with reconciliations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Coordinating operational tasks: Assist in coordinating local operational resources to ensure smooth delivery (e.g., prizes, logistics, regulatory requirements, supplier coordination, and recruitment channels); support the team in meeting client deliverables
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, tech, marketing) to help ensure projects are delivered on time and according to plan
  • Monitoring service performance: Support tracking of key performance indicators such as traffic, messaging performance, and customer feedback; escalate issues when needed and contribute to reporting
  • Identifying growth opportunities: Assist in identifying upselling opportunities across services, products, and marketing inventory; support the team in preparing proposals and presentations
  • Researching market and partners: Help identify potential local partners and product opportunities; conduct research on market trends and competitors
  • Tracking competitive landscape: Monitor the local competition and report insights, potential risks, and opportunities to the wider team
