This position helps UPS provide excellent service and generate value for customers by following processes and providing solutions that drive growth. It also contributes to UPS identifying and overcoming barriers to employee and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with package questions and collaborate with other UPS employees to find solutions that facilitate delivery when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of performance objectives and results.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI), such as customer satisfaction surveys, quality, time to impact for the customer, and adherence to schedule, among others.
• Propose ideas and solutions to improve the experience at UPS.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and active listening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or general administrative functions (preferred).
