Job Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and shipment routings
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations
• Handle import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and broader APAC operations
• Perform order processing and shipment management using MNX Transportation Management System (TMS) and CargoWise (C1)
• Coordinate shipments and manage day-to-day operational requirements to ensure smooth execution
• Process end-to-end Singapore airfreight import and export documentation (full cycle)
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document filing
• Participate in company projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
• At least 1 year of freight forwarding experience preferred, though in-depth training will be provided to entry-level candidates.
• Prior experience in critical logistics, cold chain operations, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, or clinical trials logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Prior experience with CargoWise or ParcelLogic TMS is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shift (whereby off/rest day may not necessarily be on weekends).
• Comfortable to support overtime where required
