Job Responsibilities

  • Positioning and selling the entire UPS portfolio of supply chain services - parcel, freight forwarding, and warehousing & distribution solutions
  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing large customers in the healthcare segment
  • Identification of new business opportunities along the supply chain of our customers and development of sales strategies
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Mapping complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and position corresponding solutions and services, focusing on an end-to-end solution
  • Building a strong internal and external network and collaborating with the global team
  • Managing customer master data, offer and contract design, and contract renewals
  • Supporting sales internal systems and general administrative tasks and reporting

Qualifications

  • Completed relevant education in business & sales (or equivalent training)
  • Professional experience in selling services—ideally in the logistics, supply chain, and/or healthcare sector
  • Excellent German and very good English skills
  • Hunter sales mentality and enjoyment of selling and dealing with customers
  • Team capability and enthusiasm for contact
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, competent, winning, and well-groomed appearance
  • Reliability, ambition, and high self-motivation
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Driver’s license & travel readiness
