This role is in the UPS Healthcare Italia division that operates in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market.

Work location: Somaglia

Would you like to work in a team that provides assistance to the main clients of UPS Healthcare Italia?

The Operations team is responsible for all core areas of the UPS Healthcare business, managing warehouse processes, inventory, and customer service & data management activities.

What activities will you perform?

  1. You will be the first point of contact with our clients for every problem and/or management requirement
  2. You will support the insertion of manual orders and verify the transmission of received orders via interface
  3. You will plan and organize the shipments of tassative and dedicated shipments.
  4. You will interface with the warehouse to monitor the status of setups and to provide any particular preparation instructions.
  5. You will interface with the transport team to verify the successful completion of shipments in compliance with agreed delivery times
  6. You will monitor the service level, both of the warehouse and the transport, in accordance with contractual SLAs with customers.
  7. You will manage customer requests by processing copies of invoices and return orders
  8. You will manage and verify the complaints received from customers, giving appropriate feedback.

What will you need?

  1. We are flexible, but ideally you have a second-level diploma;
  2. Preferable experience of at least 2 years in structured pharma or pharma logistics companies;
  3. You have experience with warehouse processes (inbound-picking-outbound);
  4. Preferable knowledge of DGR matter and related processes for dangerous materials;
  5. You possess a good level of Excel;
  6. You have acquired a good familiarity with data analysis and database management;
  7. You have a good knowledge of the English language, oral and written, to interface with European managers and stakeholders when necessary.

Type of contract: fixed term 1 year
