What you'll do:

  • You are responsible for managing a team of 8-10 Customer Service Representatives and Admins;
  • You keep track of the daily planning, holidays, absenteeism and other topics;
  • You influence processes, recommend best practices and ensure global consistency;
  • You collaborate and plan future process consolidation;
  • Make sure processes are followed according to the high standards set by UPS;
  • Coordination of customer Specific Projects related to Billing;
  • The solving of reoccurring issues on a structural level is also part of your responsibility;
  • Next to that you prepare and manage customer service calls and meetings;
  • You keep track of KPI's of various customers, analyze trends and prepare reports for the Management team;
  • You maintain a good collaboration with your colleagues from the Warehouse and the Transportation department and engage in interdepartmental meetings.

What you'll need:

Experience:

  • Work experience in a Customer Service environment is an advantage;
  • Experience as a Team Lead or another job in which you led a team is required.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English in speech and in writing, Dutch is a pre);
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Any experience with PowerBI and a WMS or TMS systems is a plus;
  • Expertise on Billing;
  • Expertise on project analysis;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Capable to work with strict deadlines;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Able to prioritize and make decisions;
  • Team player.
