The selected individual will be inserted into a team of 16 people that will collaborate with other colleagues to manage primarily assistance and support activities to various requests from different clients of the company.
The particularity of the products managed by the company, life-saving drugs and, in some cases, biological components, require particular attention and a constant, active, and precise customer response service.
Activities:
- Assistance to clients such as companies, hospitals/retirement homes, and direct patients.
- Order and shipment management
- Activities related to returns and warehouse support
- Insertion of withdrawal requests
- Daily use of the internal management system for shipment monitoring
Requirements:
- High school diploma;
- Preferably previous experience in the transport sector or in office warehouse activities;
- Basic knowledge of the English language (B2);
- Good knowledge of the main computer tools;
- Good communication, interpersonal relationship, and teamwork skills
- Necessary to be self-driven

Work schedule: 8.30 – 17.30 | 09.00-18.00
It is also planned for 1 day of smart working per week after an initial training period.
