The Brokerage Market Manager is a subject matter expert for customs brokerage and customer experience. This position leads a team of dynamic GFF Brokerage Customer Experience (CX) resources that manage the relationship of roughly 750 brokerage accounts. He/She will ensure the team is organized, supported, trained, and guided through the CX approach to customer management, issue resolution, and customer retention. This position may also be called on to directly manage a small book of customers and support organizational growth initiatives. This position requires traveling depending on business needs.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,000/year to $144,480/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
