Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Executive VP of Claims and works with the management team. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Play a role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Oversee inventory, distribution of goods, and facility layout
• Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff members, vice presidents, etc
• Performs other complex and confidential administrative support functions

Marginal Job Functions:

• Streamline workflow process
• Provide quality assurance
• Special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Leadership abilities
• Insurance knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
