What success looks like in this role:
Device Management: You are responsible for the distribution and management of mobile phones and tablets.
User Support: You support employees with issues related to their mobile devices.
Security Management: You ensure that the devices comply with the company's security policies and that data is protected.
Inventory Management: You maintain the database of mobile contracts and devices.
Mobile OS Support: You have knowledge in the management and support of iOS and Android devices.
Taking responsibility for possible or desired follow-up services or problem escalations
Administration of service orders in your own ticket system
Compliance with given service parameters and reporting
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Knowledge in the management and support of iOS and Android devices
Good hardware knowledge in the areas of desktop, notebook, peripherals, and mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad
Good knowledge in MS operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and MS Office 201x/365 applications, as well as Apple OS and standard software products
Good knowledge in the areas of network, Active Directory, security; VPN
Certifications are advantageous
Understanding of the hardware and software of smartphones and tablets
Ability to identify errors and offer technical solutions
Clear and competent communication with customers
Experience in dealing with different manufacturers and models
Secure German and English skills in speech and writing
High initiative, customer orientation, and independent problem-solving skills
Driver's license class B
