Zonal Customer Operations Executive
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of delivery operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment of demand across regions. The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams to optimize delivery planning, resource allocation, and inventory management.
Scope of work:
- Plan billing and trips based on demand and delivery schedules.
- Assign vans and stock for dispatch, ensuring optimal load utilization.
- Coordinate with sales teams to manage dispatch timelines and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure timely unloading of vehicles at depots and RS points.
- Maintain inventory levels at RS points to meet daily sales requirements.
- Optimize load management using available resources and fleet.
- Monitor and manage delivery costs without impacting daily sales.
- Track RS KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate daily requirements to RS and internal teams to maintain healthy ROI.
Qualification:
- Any graduate with 5+ years of experience in logistics/fleet management.
- Strong operational and logistical planning skills.
- Ability to balance cost-efficiency with delivery effectiveness.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with inventory and dispatch systems is a plus.
