Innovation Project Manager

Responsible for the implementation of the innovation projects, capacity increments, savings (VIPs), spot buying and supply securities for the local supply chain area, including the support for the development of process technology strategies and the Foods category (specifically Savoury). Main Responsibilities:

• Product Innovation. Ensure that product innovation projects are implemented under the performance indicators agreed with the factory through LMPs (Lunch Monitoring Plan).
• Participate actively in Early Product Management and Early Equipment Management (EPM and EEM).
• Development of factory personnel prior to commissioning for new production process technologies and new products.
• Hand over the project to the factory, after the "commissioning" (Delivery of Transfer Pack).
• Participate in post-launch review to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Execution and evaluation of industrial tests of process functionality and/or materials in plant.
• Factory Support Evaluation of the feasibility of new technologies in the factory, through projects that allow the optimization of production processes, evaluation of new materials, reduction of waste, increases in capacity and leading improvement projects focused on the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) work philosophy.
• Quality Ensure compliance with quality standards in all product innovations (Product Innovation) and process (Factory Support) implemented in the factory through the execution of established QRMs (Quality Risk Management).
• SHE Guarantee zero safety events in tests, commissioning and assisted productions through the training and development of plant personnel complying with the safety and environmental standards established by Unilever.
