Purpose of the Job:
The ERP Implementation Regional SC Lead – LATAM will be the key liaison between the EU Business Unit and the global project team for the Supply Chain (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics), ensuring that the new ERP system aligns with local requirements while maintaining global standardization.
This role represents the business unit’s needs in the Planning to Forecast (P2F) and Manufacturing to Delivery (M2D) processes, working to adapt global processes and ways of working, ensuring a successful transition to a global technology platform (such as SAP S4 Hana).
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the business unit in all discussions related to the P2F and M2D domains.
Ensure local requirements are reflected in the global ERP design.
Perform change impact assessment and plan risk management.
Collaborate with other domains: Commercial, Procurement (S2P), Finance, Data and Analytics, Integration, and Deployment.
ERP Implementation and Data Integration
Work with the internal IT team to integrate P2F-M2D processes into the ERP.
Support in migration, reconciliation, and validation of data.
Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Be the bridge between the business unit, global process owners, and IT teams.
Build and maintain a change network in all countries of the business unit.
Testing, Validation, and Optimization
Participate in ERP system testing.
Identify gaps and propose improvements.
Transition to Normal Operation (BAU)
Support in training and knowledge transfer.
Monitor post-implementation performance and propose continuous improvements.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in ERP transformation and standardization of P2F and M2D processes.
Technical and Analytical Skills
Strong knowledge of order management and delivery processes.
Ability to analyze and improve processes.
Familiarity with automation tools and digital solutions.
Collaborative Leadership
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to influence and work cross-functionally.

Additional Information
As announced publicly, Unilever will separate its ice cream business, expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new ice cream company.
