Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Written skills for email communication
• Customer service experience
• Computer skills: word, excel, e-mail (Mas 200, Lotus Notes and UPS/FedX/Expressworks a plus)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of customer concerns, complaints and situations
