Unifi Aviation, LLC is looking for a Customer Service Agent in Moline, Illinois. The base pay rate is $15.00. This is a part-time, non-exempt position available for both A.M. and P.M. shifts.
No experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new employees. Responsibilities include providing customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints.

Job duties include assisting passengers with a friendly welcome through the arrival and check-in process, handling all aspects of ticketing and check-in, directing passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, assisting ramp agents, pushing wheelchairs, adhering to safety procedures, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18 years of age, and obtaining credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Physical requirements include constantly lifting up to 70lbs and more, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, reaching above shoulder, stooping, squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching out, grasping, and frequently climbing and crawling.
Working conditions include rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and working in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
