Airport Customer Service Agent - GTF

Unifi Customer Service Agents are the first line of defense for our customers! This is a customer-facing role, providing first-class customer service to everyone. You are friendly, outgoing, and love to make people happy daily! Shift is for 0330 -0615 AM. Approx 11 hours a week with more hours available in the future. Please note, all CS agents will be cross trained to also work on the ramp.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists passengers with their baggage drop off and check in.
  • Assists passengers to resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
  • Performs gate functions, boarding passengers into the aircraft.
  • Prepares the aircraft for flight with turn cleaning.
  • Drives jet bridge up to aircraft.
  • Handles customer interaction with class in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
  • Must be able to lift/carry / push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid In-State Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
  • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
