Technical Support SDK Developer

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting in the technological support of the unico platform of products with a focus on attending to demands related to our software development kit (SDK)
  • Supporting our customers in the installation and integration of our SDK to different applications
  • Performing problem diagnosis, analyzing logs, debugging source code in diverse scenarios/complexities
  • Ability to reproduce errors and anomalies in test, development, and qualification environments
  • Implementing new installations of SDKs in new environments, as well as performing upgrades of versions and the entire validation process
  • Implementing new PoC (proof of concept) for debugging of problems and/or support to customers in the implementation process
  • Performing systematic tests with a focus on reproducing bugs or problems
  • Analytical capacity and product knowledge to provide support to internal areas and to customers attending to the demands of doubts and tickets
  • Acting in meetings with clients, with the objective of assisting them in integration processes and/or investigation of bugs
  • Feeding the knowledge base based on the demands
  • Ability and interest in acting and learning different technologies and tools

What we need you to know:

  • Be a problem solver and possess a continuous improvement mindset
  • Graduation in course of technology or equivalent knowledge and experiences
  • Previous experience in frontend, backend, and/or mobile development languages
  • Experience with integration of systems based on API's Rest
  • Experience with version controls (ex: Git)
  • Great oral and written communication
  • Customer focus

It will be a differential if you also have:

  • Previous experience and knowledge in mobile technologies: iOS, Android, Flutter and/or React Native
  • Previous experience and knowledge in NodeJS and JavaScript
  • Previous experience and knowledge in React JS, Vue.js and/or Angular
  • Experience in the support of technological platforms (debugging code / testing)
