We are a health tech startup on a mission to reverse metabolic dysfunction, which impacts 1bn+ people globally, by using technology to understand our metabolism and behavior.

Tasks

You will play a central role in ensuring that our users successfully use the Una app and have a positive experience. Specifically, this means:

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers with technical questions and problems related to program usage.
  • You will answer calls, emails, and support requests with patience, empathy, and a clear focus on the individual needs of our users.
  • You will find pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches and guide our customers step by step, even if they have little technical experience.
  • You will document requests and systematically forward recurring issues to our product and tech team.
  • You will work proactively to improve support processes and expand our internal knowledge base.
  • You will bring positive energy, motivation, and a hands-on mentality to the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or a comparable role
  • Proficient in using digital tools (helpdesk systems, CRM, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic technical processes (e.g., app login, app navigation, troubleshooting)

Languages

  • German at native level (or equivalent), as you will work daily with German-speaking customers
  • English skills are a plus, as our team is international
  • Skills & Personality

    • Very good communication skills, empathetic and patient – you can also explain complex things simply
    • Solution-oriented, structured and hands-on
    • Positive energy, motivation and joy in helping others
    • Proactive work style and willingness to take responsibility
