Job Description Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for managing both first and second-level support requests, overseeing the help desk ticket queue, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE: Three years with the types of hardware and software to be supported, two years of which included user support, user training, and/or programming.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Thorough knowledge of applicable computer hardware or software. Skill in operating supported computers and peripherals; in configuring computer hardware and software; to analytically design program logic or solve technical problems. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to work effectively with clients; and providing guidance and instruction to others.
