Title: Customer Service Advocate – Part time

This is a reception job that works at the front desk of our clinics checking in patients and doing administrative duties. Full Job Description:
Serves as a direct contact/referral point for patients, greets patients in person and via telephone, answers multi-line telephone system in a professional manner, performs clerical duties pertaining to the design and follow up in an efficient patient/provider appointment schedule, accurately registers patients sing the UMCP computer system, ensure all documents and forms are presented, explained, and signed at time of registration. Obtain all necessary information to perform benefits verifications, obtain appropriate signed consent forms, collects co-pay or amount required at time of service, works to provide a friendly, calm and professional environment for a sick patient, their family and friends.
