Integrated into Ubisoft's IT teams, and more specifically to the Desktop Support team at Ubisoft's International Headquarters in Saint Mandé, you will join a team of five technicians whose mandate is to provide IT hardware support for our employees, mainly remotely.
The team is organized according to the ITIL method and uses ServiceNow for task management.
