Description Du Poste

Integrated into Ubisoft's IT teams, and more specifically to the Desktop Support team at Ubisoft's International Headquarters in Saint Mandé, you will join a team of five technicians whose mandate is to provide IT hardware support for our employees, mainly remotely.

The team is organized according to the ITIL method and uses ServiceNow for task management.

In this role, your missions will be the following:

  • Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (hardware and software);
  • Accompany the handling of equipment and provide support to users
  • Manage incident tickets according to their priorities while ensuring user satisfaction: diagnosis, follow-up, and resolution, reporting, documentation
  • Take charge of support and training for VIP users
  • Manage the material (purchase request and follow-up, stock management, after-sales service…)
  • Ensure the execution of maintenance procedures in collaboration with all IT teams, respecting Ubisoft's security rules.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience

  • Previous experience in IT support or in IT operations;
  • Experience in technical support in an international environment;
  • Having already provided VIP support or worked in contact with a high-service level public
  • Experience in user support is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Very good customer service sense and excellent relationship skills;
  • Diplomacy and pedagogical sense to popularize and support users;
  • Ability to work independently, rigor, and priority management;
  • Good level of English indispensable.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of the ITIL methodology
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Remote access tools
  • Notions in system and network administration
