Project Coordinator
1. Project Support & Coordination
路 Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
路 Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
路 Help coordinate project team meetings and communication.
路 Update project documentation and status reports regularly.
2. Communication & Collaboration
路 Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to relay information or updates.
路 Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related queries.
3. Documentation & Reporting
路 Maintain accurate project records (e.g., contracts, schedules, reports).
路 Track and document project changes, issues, and risks.
4. Administrative Support
路 Schedule meetings
路 Prepare and distribute project correspondence.
路 Organize and maintain project files and digital folders.
5. Budget & Resource Tracking
路 Help track project expenses and compare them against the budget.
路 Assist with acquiring invoices and deposits.
路 Coordinate procurement of materials or services needed for the project.
6. Risk & Issue Monitoring
路 Identify and flag potential issues or risks to the project coordinator or manager.
路 Help maintain a risk/issue log and follow up on resolution actions.
路 Track new purchases on drawings and sketches.
路 Assist in tracking warranty information.
7. Quality Control Assistance
路 Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
路 Help gather and organize feedback or evaluations related to project outcomes.
路 Approving project to spec prior to issuing payment.
