Fairfield Harbour is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Account Manager. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Compensation: $17.99 - $20.00 per hour BOE

Responsibilities:

• Completes end of day closings in Appfolio - accounting platform
• Complete daily deposits to necessary banks
• Complete month end financials for POA. (Run necessary reports for Company CPA)
• Inputs GL codes for all payable invoices
• Reconciles monthly credit card accounts
• Maintain and record daily financials
• Responsible for yearly invoicing of homeowner dues and monthly invoicing of late fees
• Record and process Dues and Non-Dues Checks into Appfolio
• Update and maintain daily Troon Golf MIR (income / expense tracking)
• Direct contact for homeowner's regarding their accounts
• Direct contact for closing attorney's
• Direct Contact for CPA at company headquarters
• Direct Contact for treasurer of the POA Board
• Direct Contact for accounts payable team
• Contact for Collection Attorney
• Contact for Vendors (invoice, payment)
• Review pending/processing/paid invoices in Dock Link
• Files paid invoices
• Performs other duties as required

Key Skills:

• Excel at mathematics, analytical abilities, overall financial picture, budgets, accounting practices, communication – written and verbal.
• Experienced in many computer applications and platforms.
