MA Sales Coordinator
Oversee and provide high quality support for sales' business operations. Primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to sales; monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs; following up on sales enrollment process; and reporting and tracking issues affecting the sales operations. Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
What You'll Do:
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor and report the flow of customer contacts, sales quotas and statistical trends.
- Provide functional and technical sales application expertise.
- Manage welcome packages, brochures, and office tools inventories: ensure inventories are always within the established levels and request more materials when threshold levels are reached.
- Digitize paper SOAs and Enrollment forms, as needed.
- Follow-up with clients on sales and ensure the Enrollment process is going smoothly.
- Perform quality checks on sales processes.
- Coordinate sales representative visits to PCPs.
- Be the escalation point for all sales support issues.
- Work with sales end-users to minimize impact when production applications fails.
- Ensure proper resolution of any system issues as established in the SLA.
- Provide on-call support to sales team as needed, including but not limited to verifying prospect eligibility and dispositioning SOAs.
- Complete special projects as requested; validating functionalities; analyzing existing applications.
- Identify possible new enhancements for progressively improving sales platforms.
- Make recommendations for strategies to implement in the Sales Department.
- Serve as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Monitor business intelligence information and report trends within the company that affect productivity and profitability.
- Work to continually refine & improve all business operations.
- Ensure proper follow-up and documentation in response to all incidents reported.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Health, preferable, with 1 to 3 years of related experience preferable in the Health Insurance Industry, or Associates Degree (60-64 college credits) in Business Administration and/or Health with 3 to 5 years of related experience preferable in the Health Insurance Industry. Or at least 5 years of this work experience in lieu of.
