Why This Role is Exciting

As the Helpdesk Support Specialist, you are the crucial single point of contact for our customers. You'll move beyond basic support to master ITIL standards (Incident Management, Service Request Fulfillment) and use advanced tools like Salesforce and Jira to make a real impact on customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the Expert: Handle all support requests and incidents via phone, email, and customer portal.
  • Solve & Escalate: Use your strong troubleshooting skills and our knowledge base to aim for first-contact resolution. For complex issues, you'll ensure flawless documentation and smooth escalation to expert teams.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed with clear, regular status updates while strictly adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute directly to our success by documenting solutions and proposing new ways to enhance our support processes, including utilizing Generative AI tools.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English (B2+ level) is required. (German skills are a strong bonus!)
  • Problem Solver: Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and thrive under pressure.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping people and adapting your communication style for any user, technical or not.
  • Organizational Whiz: Excellent time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple priorities and manage a sense of urgency.
  • Tech-Curious: Excited to learn new technologies and embrace standard industry tools (Salesforce, Jira).
