Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative position located in the Sibley, Iowa area.
This is a direct hire opportunity located at our client location who is a leading manufacturer. The hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the office, Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Representative handles customer interactions, ensuring prompt and professional service, accurate order processing, and coordination across departments. Salary range is $50k to $52k.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- Enter and manage sales orders to meet customer requirements and pricing accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate returns, samples, shipping issues, debit/credit requests, and internal reviews (e.g., NCPRs).
- Maintain accurate customer and product data in QAD and other systems.
- Conduct annual customer surveys and audits of shipping/receiving processes.
- Handle invoicing, database management, and general office duties.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Shipping, Production, Graphics) to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.
- Support compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and safe quality food standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 2–5 years of customer service in manufacturing, or Associate Degree with 1–3 years' related experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer use.
- Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
