Job Description:
Summary
Provide college wide technical support for all administrative and academic computing. Provide computer repair service and preventive maintenance and installation services. Identify problems with computer equipment and their solutions by using troubleshooting techniques.

Special Note: This is a Full-time (1199/SEIU) Bargaining Unit Position, Grade 08. Full-time (1199/SEIU) bargaining unit employees at Cuyahoga Community College will be considered first for vacant positions.
Target Hiring Rate: Minimum salary $50,891/annually
If hired, you must reside in the state of Ohio and be within commuting distance of this work location/campus to respond to onsite work demands upon the employment start date and throughout the duration of your employment with the College.
