The Treasury System Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of TMS projects across IT/2 and TreasuryXpress. The role ensures accurate system configuration, effective client engagement, structured testing, and seamless project coordination, contributing to high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and align with TreasuryONE's project standards and timelines.
Objectives
• Deliver accurate and timely configuration of treasury system modules.
• Provide clear, professional documentation to support solution design, implementation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support client testing and go-live activities, ensuring issues are resolved and solutions perform as expected.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring business requirements are fully understood and delivered.
• Ensure alignment with project plans through effective task tracking, reporting, and collaboration with project managers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices within TreasuryONE.
Responsibilities
• Participate in workshops and contribute to the design of solution blueprints and documentation.
• Guide clients in completing data workbooks, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements.
• Configure and test system workflows across modules: cash management, forecasting, payments, FX management, risk management, and integrations.
• Provide structured support during testing phases (UAT) and go-live.
• Monitor, track, and report task progress to the project management team.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure knowledge sharing and consistent delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education Requirements:
Education Minimum:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Honours degree or Postgraduate qualification in Treasury, Financial Engineering, or Technology-related field.
Advantageous:
• ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) Certificate or equivalent treasury qualification.
Experience Essential:
• 2–4 years' experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial systems implementation.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, or data migration.
• Exposure to client-facing roles requiring technical and business communication.
Preferred:
• Previous experience with treasury management systems (IT2, TreasuryXpress, Kyriba, Quantum, or similar).
• Project delivery experience in financial technology or consulting environment.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
