Join us as a Portuguese and English speaking customer specialist! As a customer service representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers via multiple channels in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance
• Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood
• Handle customer complaints with patience, offering suitable solutions and escalations where necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues

What are we looking for?

• Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+)
• Advanced knowledge of English (C1+)
• Availability to work 5 days per week (including Saturdays & Sundays)
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, with shifts from 9am to 6pm
• Availability to work in shifts
• Availability to work in our office in Oporto
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills with the ability to meet goals and handle multiple customer interactions
