Account Manager
We are looking for a driven and relationship-building Account Manager who wants to be part of our shared growth journey with Tele2.
In this role, you will work on developing and strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to high customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will be an important link between Tele2 and its corporate customers with 10-99 employees. You will work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment where your commitment and ability to create long-term relationships make a real difference.
Become a part of Transcom as an Account Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for creating long-term customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our customer, Tele2.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Building and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identifying customer needs and offering solutions from Tele2's wide service portfolio
- Driving the entire sales process – from prospecting to contract
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Working towards set goals and actively contributing to the team's success

We are looking for you if:
- You are driven by results, have a natural service sense, and thrive in human interactions
- You are communicative and confident in customer dialogues, whether building new relationships or developing existing collaborations
- To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in B2B sales or account management
- A basic understanding of telecom and IT solutions – or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- The ability to work proactively and goal-oriented towards set objectives
- A natural ability to build trust and create long-term relationships
- The recruitment process goes as follows:
- Upon application, you will answer questions and take a short selection of tests. Then, an interview with a recruiter will be held before planning calls with hiring managers. After that, a decision will be made and feedback will be provided.
